In 2008 Burson-Marsteller was recognised as International Consultancy of the Year at the PR Week Awards; and also received a European Excellence Award for International Communications for its Bacardi Limited sponsorship campaign. We followed up this great success in 2009 with a Hollis Award for 'Best Use of PR in a Sponsorship Campaign', for our work on the 2008 Sony Ericsson Championships in Doha.

Burson-Marsteller has over 20 years of sponsorship experience starting with the 1984 Olympic Games and we have been involved in every Olympic Games since.
